Here are answers to some common questions. 

  • What are your business hours?

    We are open from 09:00am to 18:00pm local UAE time.  We offer 24/7 assistance to our clients in loco.  In case of any urgent request please contact us and we will reply you as soon as we can.

  • In which destination do you provide your tours/activities?

    We provide our services only in the United Arab Emirates.

  • How can I book a tour/activity?

    You can simply contact us by email,  phone call or whats app and tell us which service you would like to book. We will give you all the info to make sure about the availability, payment method, cancellation policy, etc.

    Each service has a booking code to make easy the booking process. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Bank Transfer payment, Credit card Payment or Cash Payment. 

    BANK TRANSFER:  we will send you our account details by email or whats app. 

    CREDIT CARD: we will send you a payment link by email or whats app. 

    Only Visa or Mastercard circuits are allowed.

    We need to receive the payment in adavance before the day of the service. 

    Please contact us to know the payment policy for your booking.

  • How can I get the confirmation of my booking?

    We will send you a confirmation voucher by email or whats app with all the info about your booking.

  • How can I get a refund of my booking?

    You can get a full refund of your booking only if the booking is not coming under the cancellation policy as per our terms and conditions. There will be full refund applicable once you apply for cancellation. You can send us an email explaining which service you would like to cancel.

  • Are your guided city tours operated in different languages?

    Yes, we operate guided city tours in English, Italian, French, Spanish and Portuguese languages.

    in Sharing or Private basis.


    We can provide Private Tours also in German, French, Japanese, Chinese, Russian & Korean languages.

  • What is your Cancellation/Refund policy?

    Our cancellation policy is mentioned in our tours/activities description and at the moment of the booking confirmation you will be informed about it. 

  • How can I change the reservation date?

    If the reservation is not coming under the cancellation policy as per our terms & conditions, you can make the change of the date free of charge. Please email us or contact us by phone. 

  • What to do if I got late on my tour?

    Most our tours are sharing basis with other guests. 

    Our driver or guide can wait maximum 5 minutes but  if you are late from the scheduled time the driver or guide will leave from your hotel and  there is no guarantee that you will be able to join the tour on another day. 

    In this case it will be considered as no-show.

  • Is the Pick up/Drop off included in your tours/activities?

    Almost all our tours are including the free pick up and drop off from your hotel/residence. This information is clearly mentioned in the tours/activities description. In case is not included, we can provide it at extra cost. 

  • Do I have to bring passport on your tours?

    There is no need for passport on most of our tours but some excursions it might need.

    We will advise you in case you need to bring it.

  • Are meals included in your tours?

    Meals are only included in some full day guided tours, desert safaris or cruises. 

    However each tour has different inclusions please check in our tours/activities description.

    Consumption of food or beverages on board of our vehicles is prohibited.

  • What is Airport transfer service?

    Airport Transfer services offer a personalized meet & greet on your arrival time and provides one way or roundtrip transfers in an air-conditioned deluxe vehicle from/to your hotel accommodation.

    A member of our team will receive you in the Airport holding a sign with your name on it and he will accompaign you to the vehicle for your transfer. 

  • What is the difference of Sharing Tours and Private Tours?

    Sharing guided Tours are provided for individuals in an affordable and convenient way of discovering the city on a sharing bus with other travelers.

    The Sharing guided tours are available in some specific days of the week, and in some specific languages which are mentioned in the tours description. 

    Private Tours are for guests who preferred customized and personalized experience of city tours with private vehicle, own driver and a tour guide. 

  • Can I create my own Itinerary/program for my holiday?

    For sure yes! We are specialized in Tailor Made programs. 

    You can tell us which hotel you prefer, which tours/activities you would like to insert in your itinerary and we can provide a customized trip for you. 

  • What is Dubai Expo?

    Expo 2020 is the world's largest meeting place and offers many opportunities such as networking and promoting international relationships.

    It will run for six months from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022. It will be open seven days a week, from 10:00 to 00:00 on weekdays and 10:00 to 02:00 on weekends and special days. 

  • Can I book Expo tickets with you?

    Yes, we provide Expo tickets and also transfers to the Expo site for single travellers and for groups.

  • Do you have B2B rates ?

    We provide special rates for  International Tour Operators who wish to bring their clients to United Arab Emirates.
